IN CHARACTER PHYSICAL CONTACT wash won't respond positively to uninvited physical contact from strangers. he's more open to it with friends and with people he knows as more than just casual acquaintances, but for the most part he prefers to be given a wide berth. ROMANCE/SEX not likely to be initiated on his end, but give it a go! if wash isn't interested (and there's a very strong chance he won't be, tbh), he'll be 100% up front about it. he might? maybe? be down for a casual fuck depending on the person approaching him, but emotional intimacy is an absolutely fuck no go directly to jail do not pass go do not collect $200. even platonically. he's v emotionally unavailable. FOURTH-WALLING probably not, sorry! THREAD-JACKING if the thread's not a private/locked conversation, then absolutely.
